Simply click on your desired item, add it to your shopping cart and once you are ready, you can proceed to your shopping cart for check out. Please ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.
I HAVE PROBLEMS CARTING OUT AN ITEM.
You will be able to cart out the item as long as it is available. For items which are currently no longer in stock, the status will be reflected "Sold Out"
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We accept payments made via PayPal and and iBanking.
I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE, HOW CAN I USE IT IN PAYING FOR MY ORDERS?
Simply key in the discount code at the Discount field and click “Apply” before proceeding to complete your purchase.
Please note that we are unable to manually apply the voucher code to your order if you have missed keying it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before completing your purchase.
WHY IS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
All orders would be automatically cancelled if the payment details are not directed to us within the stipulated time frame.
WHAT ARE THE THINGS I NEED TO TAKE NOTE OF IN CARING FOR MY PURCHASES?
Miss Empire pieces are lovely crafted, with many components put together by hand. Differences in colour, size & pattern of the embellishments are part of the charm. Please handle with care to maintain its original beauty. Avoid contact with chemicals - perfume, lotions & so on. Use a soft clean cloth to remove natural body oils, residue or water, as these can damage surface.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PARCEL, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please drop an email to our Customer Care Team at email@example.com if you have not received your parcel after 10 working days and we will assist you accordingly.
MY ITEM IS FAULTY
Please take note that the conditions of the products have all been checked before being dispatched. Products that are damages as a result of general wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
I'VE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT/DEFECTIVE ITEM
We apologise if we had sent you an incorrect item. Please drop an email to our Customer Care Team at firstname.lastname@example.org with a snapshot of the product and they will get back to you as soon as we can.
In any situation exchange is only allowed when original receipt is print out and product is returned to us in good condition within 7 working days. Products sold are NON-REFUNDABLE and NO EXCHANGE is allow for any earrings and ear studs sold.
